Yes, unless you're on the moon, another planet/dimension or hidden underground lair, we can most likely ship an order to you! Go to your cart, select your country and hit "Update Total" to see shipping prices.
So what's your return/exchange policy?
Return and exchange requests will be honored within 10 days from when your shipment is received. We can only accept items in new, unworn condition. Customers will be refunded item cost less shipping cost. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item to be returned. Refunds are not available for any product after 10 days. All sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless the product is defective. Exchanged items are not guaranteed to be in stock. International exchanges require an additional shipping payment.
Oh crud! I just realized I gave you guys the wrong address/ordered the wrong item. What now?
Hopefully you're realizing this before we've shipped your order. Please notify us of these changes ASAP. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any changes to your order after it ships.
I just placed my order, where the heck is my package?
Since teleportation isn't a viable option at this time, we ship most orders using USPS. Orders usually ship within 3-5 days or so, but can sometimes take up to a week. Once shipped, allow 2-5 days to arrive via USPS. International orders can sometimes take 2-3 weeks to be delivered.

Neat Dude is not responsible for any additional fees incurred during international transit. It is up to the buyer to be aware of any additional fees in their country, prior to ordering.
